Action Movie Razdan’s Mittal V/S Mittal will become an eye-opener for the society; it loses focal point midway after it gets formulaic but it is a solid idea.Free Online Movie
The Movie Download Free is highlighting the problems faced by women while it has often on the Hindi screen to make this type of movies. The matter of domestic violence is a real issue today in society. Generally Women prefer to be quiet rather than lift a voice or move against it in court for justice.

Now talk about the story of the movie. Mitali [Rituparna Sengupta] is a successful model in the movie with dreams of marriage with her dreamy prince. She meets Karan Mittal [Rohit Roy], the inheritor of one of the richest families in the nation. Mitali is a simple and middle-class girl while Karan is comletele different to Karan’s super-brat lifestyle.

They both coincide at a party where at the first meet itself Karan offers Mitali a marriage proposal. But Mitali as a practical woman doesn’t accept it at the first go. But as parents start liking him, especially her mother she keeps on pressurizing her to get married to Karan.

And finally in some unexpected situations they both get married. And after the marriage Mitali faces the two faceted personality of Karan. Where in the before marriage sweet, lovable Karan forces Mitali for sexual intercourse every night. And when things turn unbearable to her she retaliates by terming it as rape and decides to fight a sexual harassment case in court.

And during the court proceedings many new characters are introduced two prominent of them are Suchitra Krishnamurti (Karuna) who fights for Mitali and Gulshan Grover (Harish Salunke) who fights for Karan. Both have powerful arguments and witness in court and the verdict does fall on sides of Mitali but the reason for such verdict is the twist in the tail.

There’s an important sequence in the film, which has a woman complaining to the activists about the atrocities committed by her husband. Strangely, Razdan has used English language to explain those atrocities, which will hardly be understood by many. Wonder why he used English? Why not Hindi? It would’ve reached out to a wider audience and the message would’ve come across strongly.

Also, he film turns formulaic in the post-interval portions. There’s an item song [Hazel], there’s a hidden past of the husband [Iravati Harshe] and also his mother and a few more scenes [calling both the parties for a discussion on a TV show] that are far from convincing. Why this need to resort to cliches and formulaic stuff? Ideally, it should’ve been a stark and gritty film on this issue.

Razdan may have had a good vision of what he wanted to make, but that’s not always enough. Though there’re a few songs in the narrative, the theme song that appears at various intervals has a haunting feel. Cinematography is okay.

Both Rituparna and Rohit are credible and convincing. Rituparna enacts her part with complete understanding, while Rohit surprises you with a forceful performance. Gulshan Grover and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi are powerful. Iravati Harshe is hardly there. Reema Lagoo, Anjan Srivastava and Amar Talwar are adequate. Dolly Thakore is unintentionally funny.

On the whole, MITTAL V/S MITTAL is relevant, but is bogged down by mediocrity.
