The lightCo-produced by Warner Brother Pictures, Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge is a family drama but with a modern-day twist. The light-hearted comedy does look like an entertaining package. The funny promos have already started doing rounds. So, what to expect from the album of an Ajay Devgan-Konkona Sensharma starrer that has Paresh Rawal as the protagonist?

The album offers five originals and one remix. Music is by Pritam and Amit Mishra, while lyrics are by Irshad Kamil.

The promo track Aaja Aaja makes for a fun hearing. With its rustic feel, pace, and no-holds-barred singing by a group of singers, Ajay Jhingran, Raghubir Yadav, and Rajneesh, the track has humorous lines in pure Hindi, a rarity to find in Bollywood music. Though situational, the song has farcical anecdotes about a guest. Like the original, its zippy remix version will also zap you up.

The masti continues with other tracks as well; the title track Atithi Kab Aaoge in the voice of Amit Mishra with an aarti tune is another entertaining number. Then there is also a bhajan Dohe sung again by Amit Mishra, which will score well with your grannies and grandpas. There is another bhajan Sukhkarta in the album which is remixed with the title track Atithi Kab Aaoge .

Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? is the story of Puneet (Ajay Devgn) and Munmun (Konkona Sen), a happily married couple living in Mumbai whose lives take an interesting turn when a distant relative, Chachaji (Paresh Rawal) turns up unannounced at their doorstep from a far off village. The guest overstays his welcome so much so that the exasperated couple comes up with various ploys to hasten his departure to hilarious results.

‘Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge’ has an eventful screenlplay, which keeps you entertained through out the film. The comedy keeps you in splits, and isn’t a slapstick one. Paresh Rawal steals the show with his excellent performance, and keeps the audience glued to their seats. He is supported by Konkana Sen and Ajay Devgan, both increasing the comedy quotient.

Forming a married couple, Puneet (Ajay Devgan) and Munmun (Konkana Sen) are living happily in Mumbai. One day, a distant relative, Chachaji (Paresh Rawal) comes from a far off village and enters their household unannounced. The couple’s life takes interesting twists and turns from hereon. The unwanted guest overstays his welcome to such an extent that the frustrated couple has no other option, but to come up with various ideas to hasten his departure.

A lighthearted movie, ‘Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge’ conveys the problems of people being troubled by uninvited, irritating guests. It shows how the couple looks out for ways to drive the guest out. The comical talent of the three lead characters is sure to hit the box office with a bang. An out-an-out comedy, the film has some slice-of-life comic situations. Wait till March 5 for the movie to release & see whether the three acting geniuses can produce fireworks at the box office.

In India ‘Atithis’ means guests are given a very respectable position. The couple of the story Puneet and Munmun are happy with their life in Mumbai. Both of them are working for their companies and have no spare time for them. In this situation, they are joined by one of their uncles as an unwelcome guest. The situation becomes so serious that the couple could not find it safe for them to leave the whole home in his custody. They suspect him very much due to his inconsistent behavior. In the end, they were forced to pray the God for his departure from their house.

The film revolves around three characters played by the actors Ajay Devgan, Konkona Sen, and Paresh Rawal. The film by Ashwani Dhir is a wonderfully entertaining that is free from any violence or any mis-sequence. All the three actors have justified their roles to the maximum. This film reminds the golden era of the Hindi film industry when films with a clear vision were made by noted directors like the ones mentioned earlier.
